How can I pay for my order?
A: You can choose any of the following methods: 1) pay by Credit Card
via phone 2) pay by Credit Card or eCheck via PayPal 3) pay by Check
or Money Order via snail mail. Details on making payment will be sent
to you once your order is received.
Q:
Do you take international orders?
A:
Yes, but all internationl orders will need to be paid in US Dollars
by one of the methods above.
Q:
Is there a minimum order?
A: All orders less than $50 are subject to a $10
handeling fee.
Q:
When will my order be shipped?
A: We do our best to keep most of our line in stock, however some pieces
may need to be produced on demand. If your entire order is in stock,
it will be shipped within 3-4 days. Otherwise it can take from one to
three weeks. We will contact you if your order will take more than one
week.
Q:
How will my order be shipped?
A: All orders to non- PO Box addresses in the Continental US will be
shipped via FedEx Ground. Shipments to PO Boxes and Alaska/Hawaii will
be sent via USPS Priority Mail. International shipments will be sent
via USPS Airmail Parcel Post or Airmail Letter Post, depending on size.

Q:
What about shipping cost for international orders?
A: International shipping costs depend on destination. If you would
like a custom shipping quote before ordering, please email us with the
following info: shipment destination (city/country/postal code) and
approximate order total.
Q:
The item I ordered doesn't fit. What is your return policy?
A: Returns will be accepted for exchange or SintheteX estore credit
only. Customer will pay all additional shipping fees for exchanges.
All exchanges/returns must be shipped back within 10 days of package
delivery. A copy of the original packing slip should be included, and
packages must be insured for the full value of the items being returned.
You should also contact us and let us know
to expect your package. Exchanges/returns for items priced under $15
are subject to a $5 restocking
fee.
